END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR `RapidTyping` SOFTWARE

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.

This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and PinokioSoft.comfor the accompanying PinokioSoft.com software product, which includes computer software and any associated materials ("Software").
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, copy or otherwise use the software and immediately delete any copy of it from all storage media.

1. LICENSE. RapidTyping is a Freeware. You are allowed to use and share this software for free.

2. NO WARRANTIES. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
The Software is provided with all faults and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort is with you.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This software is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty.
In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
