Secure Disk End user license agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SECURE DISK

The License Agreement is the agreement between you, End-User (either an entity or individual, hereinafter referred to as Customer) who is granted the license to use the Secure Disk software (hereinafter referred to as Software) and Real International Business Corp., proprietor and right holder of the given software (hereinafter referred to as Right Holder) on terms and conditions of using Software.
This agreement grants you the nonexclusive license to use Software on a customer- owned computer. You shall not rent or lease Software.
Any action involving usage of the Software that abuses the international or local laws will be the responsibility of the person performing the action.
The Right Holder provides the Software “as is” and any expressed or implied warranties are disclaimed. In no event shall the right holder be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) whatsoever caused to the End-User or the third party arising in any way from the use of this Software.
RIGHT HOLDER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
You shall not attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, modify, or reverse engineer any part of Software. Usage of Software with removed or broken software protection is unlawful and liable under state laws of the country where such copying and use occur.
By purchasing, installing, copying, or otherwise using Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not buy and use Software. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement or if the terms conflict with the legislation of your country, you should remove all the files of Software from disk storage devices and quit using Software.
All the rights not granted by the Agreement are reserved to Real International Business Corp.
