SmartPlugin License Agreement

Here is a legal agreement between you and AthraSoft Components. By choosing "I Accept" or by installing and/or using the enclosed, attached, or being-installed software you agree to be bound by the terms of this Software License Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Software License Agreement, promptly stop the installation process, cease to use SOFTWARE, and erase this SOFTWARE and all of its associated files from your system.

HOLD HARMLESS:

By installing this software, the client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AthraSoft™ from any and all claims resulting from the misuse of the software, including but not limited to unpredictable results that may occur from these actions. Neither AthraSoft™, its employees, directors, nor agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, in any way arising out of improper use of the software or hardware, whether or not the client was cognizant of the possible consequences of the action beforehand.

All copyrights in and to the Software Product are owned by AthraSoft™. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not distribute or reproduce a whole or part of the Software without express permission of AthraSoft™. You may not copy the Software for any purpose other than backup. You may use the Software subject to this License Agreement for AthraSoft™ Software Product. You may not analyze, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, DLLs or any part of the Software, combine the Software with or incorporate it into any other application software, or print out the Software. AthraSoft™ shall not be liable for any result arising from or in connection with the use or performance of the software. AthraSoft™ retains ownership of the software and manual, but grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the Software and manual, provided that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Definitions:

(1) "Software" means all the programs contained in AthraSoft™ Software Product.
(2) "Manual" means all Installation and Operating Instructions for AthraSoft™ Software Product as provided with the downloadable installation program, and installed with the program.

Section 2 - Conditions of Use:

(1) You may install the a single copy of the software into only one computer at a time per license, except from the casethe licen obtained grant you different rights.
(2) You may make only one copy of the Software for a backup purpose.

Section 3 - Restrictions:

(1) You may not distribute the software in whole or in part without the express written permission of AthraSoft™.
(2) Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Manual, you may not make any copy of the Software without AthraSoft™ approval.
(3) You may not distribute the manual in whole or in part without the express written permission of AthraSoft™.
(4) You may not use the Software and/or any copy of the Software in different computers concurrently unless stated by the developer license you eventually have purchased.
(5) You may not transfer, sell, rent or lease the Software, any of its copy or the Manual.
(6) You may not analyze, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, DLL or any part of the Software, combine the Software with or incorporate it into any other application software, or print out the Software.

Section 4 - Limited Warranties:

AthraSoft™ warrants that any original disk on which the Software is recorded is free from substantial physical errors or defects that will materially interfere with the operation or functions of the Software for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase of the Software or a product containing the Software.
