Welcome to the Type TV Show! By installing this software, you agree:

1) The information presented is for educational purposes only, intended for general knowledge, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

2) The Type TV Show is free ONLY for personal use. Commercial users must purchase a license from John Lopker. Go to www.typology.net for more information on getting a license for commercial use.

3) You may not use the Type TV Show for commercial purposes without prior permission and payment of a commercial license fee. Then, you can use it in your presentations to your students/clients. The Type TV Show will project clearly onto a large screen (just like PowerPoint). BENEFITS: your students/clients arrive at your workshop with a solid grasp of the basic theory, the 16 MBTI codes, and a good first impression as to their own PT. You save time and money because you don't have to prepare your own multi-media presentation. Everybody wins. If you wish to provide your students/clients with personal licenses so that they can use the Type TV Show before and after your presentation, we offer the following volume discounts:

NOTE: Special rates are available to humanitarian and non-profit organizations, and we can adjust the license fees based on the exchange rates and other economic conditions.

The 16 Type Codes are conventions of the MBTI instrument; the Type TV Show is not the MBTI instrument.

5) You agree not to adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, alter, decompile, or create derivative works based upon the software.

6) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. In any case, liability for damages resulting from use of the program shall not exceed the amount of license fees paid by you. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND ALL CONSEQUENCES.

7) The Type TV Show is not in the public domain: it is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this software under the terms provided. No title to the intellectual property in the software or its contents is transferred. Title, ownership, and intellectual property rights remain in John Lopker, and his assigns. You may only use the software as described; all rights not expressly granted are reserved. Any copyright or trademark notices, product identification marking or description, or notices of proprietary restrictions may not be removed.

8) The Type TV Show may be distributed on CD and other media only for personal use -- not commercial use.
