You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

End User Licence for Best Media / Bestworkx:
Screennsaver, Demo Shareware, Evaluation Copies, and Demo-Ebooks.
Feel free to copy, or distributing our Screensaver as much as you like. Not allowed is to sell, change the of name, files, copyrights. Each demonstration file (Screeensaver,Zip/ebook/exe) or template must be used as supplied for its original intended purpose. Which means you may not select images or code from the Screensaver or style to add to another application. Downlaoding our SCREENSAVER does not constitute ownership and does not give you the right to the graphics outside of the intended purpose.

End User License Agreement for purchased Best Media / Bestworkx:
"Software / Soft Goods".
Bestworkx templates and template packagees, Bestworkx Digital Online Items and Bestworkx CD ROM Discs are classified as "software" (also named as Soft Good). Bestworkx "Soft Goods" grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Screensaver and other products sold through our web site by independent content providers (the "products") in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

The SCREENSAVER is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. Neither the author nor the agents of the author will be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits, or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.

There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of registration.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer the licensed program, nor any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. BestWorkX / BestMedia reserves all rights not expressly granted in this license.

Installing and using the SCREENSAVER signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove SCREENSAVER files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Privacy Policy:
Bestworkx makes every effort to respect the privacy of our online visitors. When you order a Soft Good (Software, Screensaver, Template, Template package (sets), Online Disk, Digital Item), your name, address, and email address is forwarded to us (along with the name of the Soft Good and the date of the order). This information is kept on a personal computer. No information has or ever will be sold, traded, or otherwise viewed by any third parties. We occasionally send emails to those who have signed up for our newsletter, requested free themes and/or templates, or purchased from our site.
