Vrode Script Editor End user license agreement

USE AND DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

This license agreement (hereinafter “agreement”) is a legal document between you (a person or a legal entity) and Yauheni Nazimau regarding the software product Vrode Script Editor (hereinafter “SOFTWARE PRODUCT”) including the software stored on respective media and any built-in or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or howsoever using the software you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use this software.

THE LICENSE FOR THE PROGRAM is protected by copyright laws and international agreements, as well as by other laws and agreements related to copyright.

SOFTWARE UPDATE. To get an update, you must have a license for the software the author provides the software update for. Software which is an update for other software either replaces or complements the updated software. The software received as an update may be used only according to this agreement. Minor updates (such as 1.x ) are free for registered users. You will have to pay to get major updates (such as x.x).

1 . The author of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, Yauheni Nazimau, owns exclusive copyright for the software.
2. The trial period is unlimited and never expires. Some features in unregistered version are disabled or only work in demo mode. After the registration all features are enabled.
3. After the registration you must activate program. Activation key is bound to a specific machine.
If you upgrade your system or change your machine to another you must reactivate program
4. The unregistered trial version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed freely, but only as is, i.e. without any modifications.
5.You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any prior version legally licensed on a single computer ("Single Seat License"). A Single Seat License for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on more than one computer. A separate license is required for every computer on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is to be used, even for a single developer using multiple computers. Although this software may be freely used by an unlimited number of persons, each computer on which it is installed must be licensed.
6. The customer may also install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on one home or portable computer. However, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be used on the secondary computer by another person at the same time the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the primary computer is being used.
7. SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED “AS IS”. NO WARRANTIES, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, ARE PROVIDED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR HIS AUTHORIZED PARTNERS ARE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, PROFIT LOSS OR ANY OTHER TYPES OF LOSSES CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE.
8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, hand over the licensed software or its part. Any kind of such unauthorized use results in the immediate and automatic termination of this license and may lead to criminal and/or civil prosecution.
9. All rights that are not explicitly granted here are reserved by the author of the software, Yauheni Nazimau.
10. The installation and use of SOFTWARE PRODUCT indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
11. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement or if they contradict the legislation of your country, you must remove the files of SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your storage devices and cease to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
