By installing Worship Assistant on your system, you indicate your
agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please carefully read
these terms and conditions prior to continuing with the use of this
software.

UNREGISTERED EVALUATION VERSION
===========================================================
The license information in this section applies only to the
unregistered evaluation version of Worship Assistant. If you have
purchased Worship Assistant on CD-ROM, or have registered the
evaluation version, skip to the section titled REGISTERED OR RETAIL
VERSION.

Evaluation License: Worship Assistant is not a free program. You are
hereby granted a limited license to use this version of Worship
Assistant for up to 30 days before you are required to purchase a
complete license. If you elect not to purchase Worship Assistant at
the end of 30 days, you must discontinue the use of it and remove it
from your computer.

Distribution License: You are hereby granted a limited license to
distribute the unregistered evaluation version of Worship Assistant.
See Distributor License Agreement for additional information on the
distribution privileges of Worship Assistant.

REGISTERED OR RETAIL VERSION

As a licensed user of Worship Assistant, you are entitled to install
Worship Assistant on one machine and enjoy unrestricted use of its
capabilities. The Software is "in use" when it is loaded into the
temporary memory (i.e., random-access memory or RAM) or installed into
the permanent memory (e.g., hard disk, CD-ROM, or other storage
device) of that machine. You may also install Worship Assistant on
additional machines provided that it will never be in simultaneous use
on more than one machine. If you have registered the evaluation
version, please protect your registration codes, as these are intended
to be used only by you.

Worship Assistant may be shared on a local area network or among the
personal computers of members of one local congregation, provided that
additional licenses are purchased from ChurchAssist Technologies so
that each use of the software meets the requirements stated above.

THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO
===========================================================
This software and documentation are protected by United States
copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the software
and documentation like any other copyrighted material--for example a
book. You may not:

- copy the documentation,

- copy the software except to make archival or backup copies as
provided above,

- modify or adapt the software or merge it into another program,

- reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or make any attempt to
discover the source code of the software,

- place the software (or license codes) onto a server so that it is
accessible via a pubic network such as the Internet, or

- sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the software or
documentation.

TRANSFERS
==========================================================
You may transfer all your rights to use the software and documentation
to another person or legal entity provided you transfer this
Agreement, the software and documentation, including all copies,
updates and prior versions to such person or entity and that you
retain no copies, including copies stored on computer. You must also
inform ChurchAssist Technologies of this transfer, and you may be
asked to provide adequate proof of ownership before the transfer is
completed.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The Worship Assistant application and its accompanying support files
are provided "as is" and no warranty of fitness for a particular use
or purpose is offered. The entire and exclusive liability implied by
this agreement shall be limited to the replacement of defective
distribution media. Liability shall not include or extend to any claim
for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited
to loss of profit, data, or use of Worship Assistant or other
software, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other
similar claims, even if ChurchAssist Technologies has been
specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event
will ChurchAssist Technologies' liability for any damages to you or
any other party ever exceed the actual price paid for the license to
use Worship Assistant.

ChurchAssist Technologies specifically disclaims all other warranties,
expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
