LICENSE AGREEMENT
FOR THE YOUTUBE DOWNLOADER+ FULL EDITION ALL VERSIONS
1. Important notice
Read the terms and conditions of your License Agreement carefully. The License Agreement
represents the entire agreement between you (the “User”) and Rafa³ Fr¹czek (the author of the
program) concerning the program.
2. Definitions
2.1.“User” means You, whether an individual or an entity, to whom Rafa³ Fr¹czek grants the
License, and who is responsible for complying with the contractual obligations of the
License, and ensuring that anyone permitted access to the Software also complies with such
obligations.
2.2.“Software” means the computer program YouTube Downloader+ Full Edition all versions
delivered and licensed hereunder, including Documentation, enhancements and error
corrections.
3. Software license
Grant of license: This License allows the User to install and use the Software free of charge. The
User is using the Software according to the terms of License Agreement. Rafa³ Fr¹czek remains the
only rightful owner of the Software. All rights, not expressly stated herein, are reserved by Rafa³
Fr¹czek.
4. Permits and Restrictions
Making copies of the Software is allowed. The User may distribute the Software but only free of
charge. User is not allowed to rent, sell or lease the program, its fragments or copies. Trying to read
or use the source of the Software is not allowed as well. Rafa³ Fr¹czek does not bear responsibility
for any improper use of the Software.
5. Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated herein, the Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind,
express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of performance or merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. User bears all risk relating to quality and performance of the
Software. The performance of the Software varies with various manufacturers’ equipment with
which it is used. Rafa³ Fr¹czek does not warrant that the Software or the functions contained in the
Software will meet User's requirements, operate without interruption or be error free.6. Other rights and limitations
Termination of the License Agreement: Independently of other rights Rafa³ Fr¹czek may
terminate this License Agreement if the User fails to comply with the terms of it. In such event, the
User must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its components and remaining parts of it.
7. Effects of agreement
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding between the parties with respect to, and
supersedes any prior understanding or agreement, oral or written, relating to, the Software.
Governing Law: This License Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of European
Union. It was drawn up in accordance with the civil and copyright laws.
YOU CONFIRM, that You got acquainted with this Agreement and fully understand its terms
and agree with them. You also confirm, that this is the only, complete, Agreement between You
and Rafa³ Fr¹czek.
