Best Clipboard is a lightweight, handy and convenient solution to expand your Windows clipboard. It has a 25 clip multi clipboard and permanent storage for up to 500 clips. You can also take, size and crop your screen shots as well as add text, clip art or freehand drawing. Screen shots can be pasted, printed or saved to files as Bitmap, GIF or JPEG.

In the screen shot above, the large window shows all the captured clips and the small window shows the contents of the clip the mouse pointer is over. Note the buttons 1 to 4 which appear by the clip the mouse is over. These give you the options to paste the picture directly with or without size reduction or to paste it in HTML format with or without size reduction
