necflashX is a simple GUI for the necflash (binflash) utility.
The necflash command line utility allows you to flash and dump your DVD burner firmware and let you query or set the booktype of your drive. You can change the booktype settings
for DVD+R, DVD+R-DL and DVD+RW to different settings. For more information visit the
