FlexTk is an advanced file management toolkit allowing one to search and classify files, scan one or more disks or directories and apply rule-based, file organizing or data migration policies, synchronize files and directories, monitor one or more disks or directories, analyze storage utilization, copy large amounts of files in a fault-tolerant way, identify duplicate files and free-up wasted storage space. All file operations are available through a centralized and easy-to-use GUI application with a built-in file navigator allowing one to execute any required command in a single mouse click.
FlexTk is available in two desktop versions named FlexTk Professional and FlexTk Ultimate, which provide advanced storage and file management capabilities especially designed for power computer users and IT professionals.
In addition to the desktop product versions, enterprises and IT professionals are provided with two server-based product versions, named FlexTk Server and FlexTk Agent, which are especially designed as integrated storage management solutions. FlexTk Server runs in the background as a Windows service and may be controlled using a web-based management interface, command line tools or a GUI management application.
FlexTk Server is especially optimized for non-stop, 24/7 operation and capable of performing all types of storage management operations in a fully automatic, unattended mode. The user is provided with the ability to define custom storage management commands pre-configured for user-specific needs and custom storage configurations. In addition, FlexTk Server allows one to automatically execute user-defined storage management commands at specific time intervals or conditionally based on user-defined rules and policies.

FlexTk Server v3.4.32 adds an automatic storage management mode capable of performing file classification, storage utilization analysis and duplicate files detection operations on multiple disks, directories or network shares according to user-specified rules and policies. The user is allowed to define multiple managed disks, directories or network shares and specify operations to perform and parameters to monitor for each managed directory. In addition, the FlexTk server allows one to define one or more actions that should be executed if one or more of the monitored parameters exceed the specified range. For each monitored parameter, the FlexTk server collects statistical information, calculates trends and provides the user with the ability to define multiple conditional actions allowing one to send e-mail notifications, execute FlexTk's file management operations or user custom commands, scripts or batch files. The FlexTk storage management server is a standalone software product providing a highly simplified, yet customizable interface and allowing one to easily transform any PC-Based hardware platform into an integrated storage management solution capable of fully-automatically managing files on multiple network-attached servers, NAS devices and enterprise storage systems.
