The administratorYou can add this web part to a page, on which you want users to edit their Active Directory information, and configure it properly. After that, when a user can logs in and enters this page., and SharePoint AD Self Service web part will automatically detect current login user and domain, then retrieve his/her information from Active Directory and show them in the web part. If the properties in the textbox are editable, user can edit it, and click “Save” button to save his changes to Active Directory., and then a message about this operation will be shown.
